There will be a free informational clinic for those participating in the 2024 Arden Park Youth Triathlon on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at Arden Park in Sacramento, CA. The Arden Park pool will be reserved for lap swimming (with a lifeguard on duty).
Some of the topics that will be discussed are:
- Review of the courses and transition area
- How to set up in transition
- Tips on having fast transitions
- Nutrition and hydration suggestions before, during, and after the race
- Questions and answers from kids and parents
